Reaching a boat

As the water retreats during low tide, the area is covered with mud through which the boat user must wade through to reach the boat.

In some places the mud is like quicksand, you sink when you walk in it . When the tide comes in,  you drown. So in such cases, it better to wait for high tide before reaching the boat.
